LocalWise Media provides digital marketing services focused on Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, landing page creation, and related consultancy for service-based businesses. All services are delivered by Joas Alberton. I do not outsource work to third parties or junior staff.
The LocalLead System setup fee is $2,500 (AUD), payable in advance before work begins. This is a fixed, one-time fee. Ongoing management fees, if applicable, are scoped and agreed separately after the initial Strategy Call.
Your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google. It does not pass through LocalWise Media and is not included in the setup fee.
After the first 30 days of campaign activity, if the data shows the campaign is not performing or the setup is not appropriate for your situation, I will notify you directly and refund the setup fee in full. This is the full extent of any refund obligation. Beyond this period, the setup fee is non-refundable as work has been performed.
There are no fixed-term contracts or lock-in periods for any service. You may pause or discontinue at any time. The three-month optimisation phase is recommended because that is the typical timeframe required to produce reliable, measurable results — but it is not a contractual obligation.

I do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, cost per lead, or return on ad spend). Google Ads performance depends on market conditions, competition, your offer, pricing, seasonality, and factors outside my control. What I do guarantee is that the system will be built correctly, tracked properly, and optimised strategically based on data.
Any landing pages, ad copy, tracking configurations, or documentation created specifically for your account remain yours to use after our engagement ends. I retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-identifiable learnings across other client work.
I treat all account data, business information, and campaign metrics as confidential. I will not share your data with third parties or use it for purposes outside your account management without your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, LocalWise Media’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit claims arising from campaign performance, platform changes, or market shifts.
Either party may terminate an ongoing management arrangement at any time with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, I will provide you with access to all relevant account documentation and a summary of account status.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
