LocalWise Media provides digital marketing services including Google Search Ads, Content & Film, Website Design, Local SEO, and Digital Training. All services are delivered by Joas Alberton. I do not outsource work to third parties.
Fees for each service are quoted individually based on scope and requirements. A clear proposal is provided in writing before any work begins. Payment terms are specified in the proposal.
There are no fixed-term contracts for any service. You may pause or discontinue at any time with reasonable notice. Specific ongoing arrangements can be terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice.
Refund terms, if any, are specified in the individual service proposal. In the absence of specified refund terms, fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.

I do not guarantee specific results. Marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, your offer, and factors outside my control. What I do guarantee is work delivered to a professional standard, with clear communication and transparent reporting.
Work created specifically for you remains yours to use after our engagement ends. I retain the right to use general methodologies and frameworks across other client work.
Your business information, account data, and marketing metrics are treated as confidential. I do not share your data with third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, LocalWise Media’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication where possible.
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL.
