Not at all. Our training is designed for people with basic computer skills. We explain everything in plain language and go at your pace. If you can use email and browse the internet, you can learn to manage your digital presence.
How soon after setting up my digital presence should I schedule training?
We recommend waiting 2-4 weeks after your digital presence is fully set up. This gives you time to become familiar with how everything looks and functions from the user side before learning the management aspects.
Can multiple people from my business attend the training?
Yes! Up to three people from your business can attend the same training session at no additional cost. This is often beneficial as different team members can take responsibility for different aspects of your digital presence.
What if I need more training time than what's included?
Additional training time can be booked at $100 per hour. However, most clients find that the included training time, combined with the comprehensive guide and follow-up support, is sufficient for their needs.
If I choose to manage things myself after training, can I still get help if needed?
Absolutely! We offer as-needed support at $75 per hour for quick assistance with specific issues or questions that arise as you manage your digital presence. Many clients appreciate this flexibility rather than being locked into monthly management fees.
